Timothy Baker, MSN, FNP-C

As a certified family nurse practitioner, Tim Baker sees adult patients for primary care needs such as screenings, acute care, and management of chronic conditions.  

Before earning his master’s degree in nursing from Walden University, Baker cared for patients for 19 years as a registered nurse. Originally from Indiana, Baker’s work as a travel nurse landed him in Kingman. He and his family enjoyed the temperate weather, so he chose to stay and advance his career with Kingman Regional Medical Center.

Baker favors a holistic approach to patient care. “That is, look at the whole person to understand their needs, strengths, and obstacles to care,” he said. He seeks to understand patients’ motivations and support them in achieving their health goals.
